VIPS Pathways Program

The Pathways Program is a partnership between Falmouth VIPS, the Falmouth Public Schools, and the community.
The program will prepare and support students through high school. Pathways provides students with opportunities in- and out-of-school, focusing on career exploration, life skills development, and academic support. Participants will identify their personal strengths and interests and learn how to use those skills to succeed in school and as community members.
HOW YOU CAN HELP:
- Be a Pathways Mentor: attend after-school meetings, build relationships with youth, help nurture skills and interests, join field trips, serve as a role model
- Be a Career Coach: are you passionate about sharing your career with young people? Can you host students at your work site? Do you work in a high demand field on Cape Cod? Please consider attending a job fair, sharing your story with Pathways students, or serving on a career panel!
- Be an Academic Tutor or Coach: use your subject knowledge or organizational/time management skills with students! Help them prioritize and complete assignments, review course content, develop strong study habits
- Be a Program Donor: help support field trips, transportation, tuition/course scholarships, snacks, and supplies.
