Falmouth VIPS Wellness Wednesdays

Wellness Wednesdays are short video segments meant to introduce our community of volunteers, students, staff, and business partners to information, techniques, tips, and tools that serve as a break from the day. Whether a break from homework, chores, or a work task, we hope that you find something you like! Thanks to our friends at the Falmouth Road Race for a wellness grant that helped launch our virtual Wellness Wednesday program!
